People sitting at a table in an office, smiling and talking to each other

When you help the people who work for you believe in the power of their voice, you help them — and you help you.

The more that the people in your organization learn to use their authentic voices — at work, on LinkedIn, and in everyday life — the more you cultivate authentic ambassadors for your mission and brand. In today’s world, where trust is at an all-time low, there is nothing more magnetic than our authentic humanity.

Does any of this resonate?

✓ I feel like my team or organization does such important and amazing work, and yet, the only things we post on LinkedIn are bland and do nothing to get people excited.

✓ There are people on my team who I think could really make a big difference if we captured and published more of their ideas, and really built them up as thought leaders.

✓ There are so many amazing people in my organization, and I want to support them — for their own sake, and because we need them.

✓ I want to walk the walk when it comes to creating healthy and inclusive workplace where people feel safe being who they are.

If so, you’re in the right place.

Let’s work together

1:1 Thought Leadership

  • Provide a transformational thought leadership experience for women leaders on your team. We partner closely, listen deeply, and use our communication superpowers to help leaders find the words they need to powerfully share their ideas, vision, and work with the world, in ways that bolster your organization’s mission and brand.

    • Signature story questionnaire

    • Story discovery session

    • Powerful new LinkedIn profile

    • Personalized LinkedIn thought leadership strategy, including sample LinkedIn posts and publishing schedule

    • Two thought leadership articles, to be published on LinkedIn and elsewhere (such as your company blog).

    • Weekly editing of LinkedIn posts (ideally these are written by the leader herself — we’ve seen CEOs make the time for this and know it’s possible, and believe it’s essential to a woman’s leadership impact long-term)

    • Access to a vetted community of women leaders who are also committed to growing their thought leadership and LinkedIn presence

  • $2,350/month for six months

  • “Amanda and her talents have ever since been a gift to my leadership, to my voice and to my confidence. I have shared her name with countless friends and colleagues.”
    - Suzanne Ehlers, CEO, USA for UNHCR, the UN’s refugee agency

Authentic Voice Cohorts

  • Invest in this thoughtfully designed group training program and transformational experience for women whose growth you want to invest in — for their own sake and because their thought leadership will amplify your organization’s brand and impact. Up to eight women per cohort.

    • A series of interactive workshops packed with lessons on everything from writing a strong LinkedIn headline to writing effective LinkedIn posts.

    • Participants have homework between sessions and present their work to each other as a way or practicing sharing their ideas publicly and consistently, as they will increasingly do on LinkedIn.

    • Two personalized one-hour coaching calls per participant

    • Templates and prompts to help the busy women participating in this program make substantive progress

    • Office hours for support between sessions

    • Personalized recommendations for overcoming the logistical/practical challenges of integrating consistent LinkedIn engagement into busy schedules, as well as the psychological challenges that often arise during this work, even in the most confident women

  • $4,500/month for three months

  • “I had the joy of working with Amanda in a team setting and one on one. I came away from both experiences with tactical ways to improve how I communicate. I feel reconnected with my work and confident in sharing that personal connection. ”

    — Tara Cruise, Director of Corporate Partnerships at VOW for Girls

Brand & Content Strategy

  • We see too many organizations doing excellent and important work without doing a good enough job of telling the story of that work — which means leaving so much potential for impact on the table. Amplify your impact by getting clear on the story you’re currently telling, the one you want to tell, and the best ways to tell it. And remember, you never know what someone’s first interaction with your brand will be.

    • Story audit: Discover the story (or stories) you’re currently telling about your organization, as we audit your online presence and share reflections.

    • Brand story: Identify the core story you want your brand to be telling, in order to achieve your mission and strategic goals. Can include tagline development and, where appropriate, naming / renaming guidance.

    • Write your brand: Determine your core brand attributes and, critically, how to express them in writing.

    • Content strategy: Every piece of content you create could be someone’s first point of contact with your brand. Get clarity on what content to create, when, and where, in order to tell a consistent brand story across all of your digital channels, from your website to social networks and email.

    • Content development: Create compelling content that powerfully amplifies your brand.

  • Customized based on the scope of work that we create together.

  • “I value Amanda’s strategic insights on creating compelling content. With her on our team, we were able to grow traffic for the program while showcasing our content in strategic and meaningful ways. ”

    — Deron Triff, written when he was an executive at TED
