• A custom agenda for our mini-retreat together, weaving together: embodiment practices (so we’re engaging your mind, body, and spirit in the work); creative exercises and prompts to help clarify your vision and connect you to the work in new ways; and roll-up-your-sleeves “make a plan” time with me in the driver’s seat, mapping out concrete steps that take into account how you’re wired (preferred work styles, what motivates you) as well as the bigger picture of your life in the coming weeks so we can make a realistic plan for integrating execution into your actual life.

*Note: If you strongly prefer an in-person experience, let’s discuss this possibility! I’m open to traveling many places in the United States, but would need to have my travel expenses covered on top of the price advertised here. For reference, I live in New York’s Hudson Valley. Please know that I am also very experienced at facilitating truly engaging experiences on Zoom, so if we do connect digitally, it would still be a very rich and intentional experience.
