A new era for Mighty Forces

Big news from Mighty Forces HQ: Moving forward, we will no longer be just for women; instead, we will be for change makers and creative souls of all gender identities. Read this blog post for more on the reasons fueling this shift, and explore the FAQ below for details on what this means for you.

Why make this change?

I share the reasons for this change in a blog post I just published called Reckoning with Gender & Division. TLDR/The short version: I now believe that the way to a more inclusive and connected future is to help people of all gender identities connect with and share their authentic voices.

So, who is Mighty Forces for?

Change makers and creative souls of all gender identities.

Why would someone hire Mighty Forces?

The purpose of Mighty Forces is to create a more inclusive and connected world. On a more concrete level, you might hire us to:

  • Gain clarity and confidence as you navigate career changes

  • Increase the impact of your leadership and ideas

  • Help you find the words to express who you are

  • Learn how to build an online presence that attracts meaningful opportunities

  • Invest in helping your team communicate about their work in authentic and compelling ways in a world where individual human voices engender more trust than brands (and one where 92 percent of people say they are more likely to trust a company whose executives are on social media)

Are the services you offer changing?
No! For now, we’ll continue to offer the same services for both individuals and companies, simply opening them up to a broader audience. Similarly, membership is now available to people of all gender identities, and our newsletter will now offer inspiration and insights for change makers and creative souls across the gender spectrum.

Over time, we will continue to iterate our offerings based on what we’re seeing and learning.

So, does this mean that you think women no longer need dedicated support?

No. Anyone who is systemically oppressed — and we put women in this category — needs support overcoming the barriers that hold them back. We are still infuriated and heartbroken by the injustices and violence that women experience every single day. What’s different is that we believe the path to healing and change comes from helping people across the gender spectrum discover the hope that comes when we pair authenticity with agency. And we feel called to move in that direction.

If you have any questions about these changes, or are interested in learning more about Mighty Forces, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d love to hear from you.
